Tickets are valid for redemption at your allocated day and time. We recommend arrival a few minutes before your start session to ensure prompt entry. The ArtVo experience will take approximately one hour. We understand that sometimes delays may occur, if you do miss your allocated time, we will endeavour to reallocate you at the next available time slot, however, we are unable to guarantee priority entry.

All tickets are non refundable and non transferable.

Children ages 4 and under are FREE and do not need a ticket.

Ticket holder must present valid ID upon arrival for ticket verification purposes.

Student and senior ticket holders must show a valid student card or seniors card prior to admission.
